Description Product Description: The Blue Store offers professional remote technical support for existing Victron Energy systems where the equipment was not originally purchased through our store. This service is intended for installers, system owners, and technicians requiring structured technical guidance on configuration, troubleshooting, or system clarification. Support is provided via text-based communication on WhatsApp. This product covers one (1) hour of remote technical assistance and is billed at a fixed rate of R575.00 including VAT per hour. Full payment is required upfront before any support is initiated. Once payment has been received and confirmed, WhatsApp-based technical assistance will commence. This service applies strictly to third-party Victron Energy installations. Support for equipment purchased directly from The Blue Store is handled separately in accordance with our standard customer support policies. Additional time, where required, must be purchased separately.
